Owner of WHY WEIGHT FITNESS, certified personal trainer and license massage therapist.  Has had hundred of satisfied clients and responsible for the wonderful environment and positive energy that is WWF.
Ted Lopes
The 1994 Mr. Universe, Ted has been training for 20 years, is a certified personal trainer and also TRX Certified.  He is very experienced with teens and elderly.  Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or build muscle, this is the place to be.  Ask for Ted.

 
Bela Santos
Bela is one of our trainers, group fitness instructors and owner of BelaBody Fitness.  She has been working in the fitness industry since 1999 and is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, lifestyle coach as well as a national-qualifying fitness competitor.  She has a lot of experience working with all fitness levels from beginners to athletes.
Joey Renzi
Personal Trainer and Co-Ownder of WHY WEIGHT FITNESS, Joe has been training for over 18 years and has developed his own proven system that has worked for himself and his clients for years.
